Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, no questions asked.

To start a return, contact us at hello@imaginethatprint.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Please note: Made-to-order and personalised items (such as custom art prints produced specifically for you) are not eligible for return, as they are created uniquely for each order. This exemption is in line with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
