Shipping policy

We deliver orders through delivery service providers selected by our partner Gelato ASA. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you provided at the time of ordering. The estimated delivery time for orders is 5-12 working days from the moment the order is placed.

Please note that if your order contains several items, they may be delivered separately. All orders are delivered in sturdy cardboard containers, which ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

You can pay for your order in the online store using the payment methods available when placing the order. For example, payment options depend on your country of residence.
